Job description

Tradeway Promotions is looking for a new talented, hardworking brand ambassador coordinator to join this fast-paced growing agency. We need an individual who is well rounded, can think on their feet, and manage promoters efficiently. For more info about the agency please go onto www.tradeway.co.za.

Responsibilities
  • Recruiting and booking of promoters for specified activations
  • Working on our online reporting system to book promoters for training and in-store activations
  • Coordinate and book training sessions for new campaigns
  • Assist with outdoor recruitment drives
  • Chase and collect feedback after the activations for reports for relevant account manager by 12 am Monday following the weekend’s activations
  • Ensure kits are booked with warehouse and issued correctly
  • Check promoters are in store on the day of activations and follow up on supervision groups
  • Manage any extra staff that may be called in to assist with a special project
  • Check and capture promoter payments
  • Oversee return of promotional kits, uniform inventory, distribution and recollection on a weekly basis
