Job description

  • Facilitate workshops with project stakeholders to obtain customer requirements in order to provide an  end to end solution which involves, scoping, documentation, implementation, testing and sign-off 
  • Document and design report definitions/solutions, formulas, calculations and layouts for custom reports  Conduct a review of the system and supplementary statistics with customers in order to advise on improvements to increase ROI to the call centre and business   Train end users utilising “Train the Trainer” methodology on all product specific training as required 
  • Keep up to date with supplier documentation, releases, new developments, PSO and product features  
  • Test new product enhancements in the test environment  
  • Present self-designed solutions to internal and external parties  Effectively present to large diverse audiences across business and product topics  Create effective use cases and other BA methodology based documents to service requirements independent of more technical resources
  • Must have an interest in technology and a passion for understanding technical concepts Related Business Analysis, IT and Call Centre certifications. Either studying towards these or have sufficient related work experience. Must have advanced knowledge of MS Office and Visio Need strong administrative and writing skills, and experience in a documentation driven environment
  • Track record of working on system implementation projects where technical translation to project stakeholders were required
  • Must have own transport


  • Qualifications or practical experience in data modelling, table design. Track record working on projects where reading of code, good understanding of programming concepts and development languages e.g. VB.Net/C# were used. Tertiary training – BABOK or similar Business Analysis tracks.
  • ITIL certification  
  • Understanding of telephony platforms/systems 
  • History of working in and around the Contact Centre industry
