Setup of web reports in Google Analytics and other web analytics tools
Create customised dashboards using third party tools
Create tracking concepts and implement tracking codes directly in the source code or via tag management tools
Conduct web analytics trainings and support the team in Cape Town and Zurich with analytics know-how
Reporting and monitoring of digital marketing campaigns
Integrate with other areas of the company such as SEM and SEO
Bachelor degree or advanced studies in information systems/statistics
Google Analytics qualification or at least three years of working with Google Analytics
Experience with Google Tag Manager (and/or Adobe Analytics, AT Internet, Adobe Dynamic Tag Manager or Tealium)
Experience with dashboard tools such as Geckoboard or Klipfolio
Fluent in spoken and written English, German or other languages will be an advantage
