Job description

We have a new vacancy for a HR administrator with a go-getter attitude, who works well in a team, can thrive under pressure, and manage day-to-day admin within our nation-wide company. If you feel you’ve got what it takes, then you might be who we are looking for.

Your main role would be to provide administrative support to the HR team on a daily basis.

This is where you will come in. You will facilitate the recruitment process and assist with new employees’ induction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Recruitment & Induction administration and liaison with candidates
  • Leave and absenteeism management
  • Company benefits administration
  • Monthly reporting and statistics for effective decision-making
  • Day-to-day HR administration & queries handling
  • Maintain employee and all other HR records at all times
  • Provide administrative support to the HR Team Leader on all HR-related projects

Requirements

  • Matric/grade 12 with mathematics
  • A tertiary qualification in HR management or industrial/organisational psychology
  • Two to three years’ experience in an HR administration role
  • Minimum two years’ recruitment experience
