Your main role would be to provide administrative support to the HR team on a daily basis.

Recruitment & Induction administration and liaison with candidates
Leave and absenteeism management
Company benefits administration
Monthly reporting and statistics for effective decision-making
Day-to-day HR administration & queries handling
Maintain employee and all other HR records at all times
Provide administrative support to the HR Team Leader on all HR-related projects

Matric/grade 12 with mathematics
A tertiary qualification in HR management or industrial/organisational psychology
Two to three years’ experience in an HR administration role
Minimum two years’ recruitment experience

Drive and passion
Supporting and service-orientated
This would be the ideal position for someone who would like to get exposure to various functions within the HR field.
