Job description

Join a dynamic team in Cape Town to prepare the organisation for the development and implementation of its NATED Business Studies course range. We are looking for someone to take end-to-end responsibility for the project, which will include the following tasks or areas of responsibility:  
  • Development of subject course planners, lesson plans, assessment plans, teaching resources, assessment tools and pre- and post moderation of assessment tools. 
  • Manage accreditation with QCTO 
  • Policy development 
  • Assessment tool development and/or moderation 
  • Operational alignment (align current business processes to meet QCTO requirements) 
  • Development of processes and procedures 
  • Appointment of facilitators, assessors and moderators 
  • Quality assurance 
  • Design of NLRD database system 
This is an exciting challenge for those with experience in running NATED programmes, and QCTO assessment and moderation. The ideal candidate is comfortable with cross-divisional projects and can work across business functions.

  • National N Diploma: Business Management 
  • National N Diploma: Marketing Management 
  • National N Diploma: HR Management 
  • National N Diploma: Management Assistant

Assessor and moderator qualification is a requirement.
Experience in new product development and implementation, as well project management, will be a distinct advantage.
