An exciting opportunity has become available at a private further education and training college in Johannesburg for enthusiastic, passionate and detail-orientated facilitators who can assess and moderate assessments in accordance with the organisation’s strategy and standards. Requirements

Key requirements:
  • One to two years' relevant experience in a similar role
  • Registered with the relevant Seta
  • Matric with a relevant tertiary qualification
  • An understanding of adult learning principles and leadership development
  • Microsoft Office proficiency
  • A valid driving licence (for travel purposes)
Key responsibilities:
  • Function as a learning and development facilitator and assessor
  • Delivering and facilitating learning programmes on a weekly and monthly basis
  • Learning needs analysis
  • Coordinate interventions with academic manager
  • To compile assessments as required in the teaching and learning documents
  • To monitor students at risk of performing poorly
  • To assess students assessments within the stipulated time frames
  • To monitor behaviour in accordance with the company's regulations and code of conduct
