A leading FMCG brand in the healthcare sector has a lovely opening for a junior to mid-weight marketing assistant. We’re looking for a confident, talented, creative, and energetic marketer with a passion for brands to support the Marketing of a portfolio of healthcare brands through the professional channel. The position requires a strategically minded, hands-on approach with strong multitasking and problem-solving ability. It requires a split focus between managing a portfolio of up-and-coming brands and offering general support to the greater marketing team. This role is admin-heavy. Work within a cross-functional team to develop brand strategy, marketing plan, and budget
Implementation of marketing plan and management of budget allocation
Ongoing competitor research
Relationship management on a brand level: internal and external stakeholders
Develop, produce, and distribute all marketing material
Arrange training to all internal and external stakeholders
Prepare and drive promo specials (in collaboration with sales)
Manage expectations and help resolve challenges around delivery
General marketing support:
Assist the marketing and sales team with all marketing related activities and projects
Assist in production and distribution of all marketing material (incl. other brand portfolios)
Assist with all marketing activities on retail brand ranges through healthcare professionals: Managing in-practice display stands, distributing marketing materials to sales force, driving sales, and promo initiatives
Arrange logistics for all prof. channel roadshows and event (in collaboration with marketing and brand managers)
Assist with consignment management
Assist preparation and send-out of newsletters (in collaboration with brand managers)
Requirements The successful candidate must have/be:
Business or marketing-related degree or equivalent professional qualification
Two to three years’ marketing experience
Experience with relevant software applications (proficient in MS Office)
Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills
Positive, can-do attitude
Team player with a strong sense of accountability
Self-motivated, hardworking, and tenacious
Proactive approach to relationship management and new opportunities
Own transport - essential
