About the client

Our client are specialist kitchen architects, offering locally designed and manufactured kitchens for a niche clientele. The core focus is on functionality, ensuring a relational kitchen environment.

The company was founded in 2002 by two brothers. Their intention being, to produce custom designed kitchens that would meet the functional demands of modern living, while endeavouring to create an experience that would be born and maintained through consistent communication and professional interaction. Through much hard work and consistency towards these purposes, they have managed to solidify themselves as the leader of high-end, modern kitchens. With this in mind, all their clients can be assured of the ultimate interpretation of their living space; authentic kitchen design.

Skills experience

The successful candidate will have experience dealing with clients and ensuring that those clients expectations are managed.

They need to have excellent people skills, so as to be able to reassure the client that their needs will be met.

If you come from any industry where you were required to deal with clients, and especially demanding clients, this is the position for you.

You will need strong organisational and computer skills and must be able to communicate effectively both verbally and on email.Your ability to manage multiple tasks and a strength with numbers will hold you in good stead.Have the ability to learn quickly and have an aptitude to learn systems.

Key accountabilities

You will be responsible for the following:
  • Prepare quotations
  • Checking all costings, revisions and design labels in a consistent and timely manner according to the quote pack management system.
  • Preparation of quotations packs
  • Prepare all quote packs and revisions PDFs in a consistent and timely manner according to the quote pack preparation system.
  • Ensure costing is correct
  • Preparation of sign-off packs
  • Prepare the sign-off packs in a consistent and timely manner according to the sign-off pack preparation system.
  • Quality, accuracy, order and final checks
  • Ensuring that the right products are ordered, quoted correctly and invoiced correctly.
  • Should there be any revisions, changes, checks will need to be done again.
  • Secondary client contact
  • Communicate with clients via telephone, or face-to-face in the showroom when CEM is not available.
