Calling all 'hunters'. We are an established and successful brand and we need real salespeople, (not customer relationship managers). Now Media Group is a family owned and run business started in 1953. The company is focused on providing the best publications to the audiences it serves. The company employs around 100 staff, is based in Illovo, Sandton, and has a very successful track record in b2b publications and publishing innovation. 

We are looking for sales people to join our dynamic teams, fiercely intent on product quality, and their clients. If you have experience in either the freight industry or the corporate travel industry you may be the right fit. The most sales-friendly environment for a hunter salesperson including generous upfront commission on orders. Based on the record of other salespeople with the company, the successful applicant has a ticket for well above average industry earnings.

  • Being presentable, professional and punctual, both at work and seeing clients and conduct one's self according to Now Media's policies and guidelines.
  • Source new clients
  • Attend client functions, presentations, launches and shows as and when invited.
  • Cold call clients to set up meetings and conduct face to face presentations to clients.
  • Liaise with accounts department regarding all clients in your portfolio.
  • Capture all sales activity on our CRM
  • In conjunction with a designer, follow up all outstanding material and data.
  • Adhere to deadlines.

  • Experience in the freight or travel industry.
