Customer relationship management; you will be required to receive orders (telephonically or in person, depending on customer), merchandise product on shelf, and train staff where applicable.
Lead generation; you will be required to find new high-turnover leads in the coffee shop, hotels, restaurants and catering industries, as well as relevant retail stores. You will need to manage any new leads coming in via email, and convert leads to customers.
Promotion/event management; you will be required to manage promotions and events in store that is directly related to increased sales, including promoter schedules, stock and marketing materials.
Reporting and Meetings; you will be required to send updated weekly reports, and have weekly Sales meetings.
Two years' Sales and Key Accounts management with a good, traceable track record in the health or health food industry, particularly food and nutrition, will be an advantage
Physically, you must
Reside in Johannesburg
Have your own vehicle, cellphone and laptop and be able to work remotely
Admin and detail-oriented
Self-motivated, willing to work hard and reach targets
