Corporate consultants promote corporate training solutions and increase corporate performance by consulting and selling for the CTU corporate department.

The successful candidate will show an absolute sales flair, combined with a hunger instinct! You must be willing to think out of the box, and have an absolute passion for the development of people.

We are recruiting for a person whom wants to expand their sales background, and grow into a business consultant. 

Duties and responsibilities: 

Execute the CTU corporate solution selling strategy:
  • Corporate production
  • Pipeline management
  • Consulting and enrolling
  • Required to identify and build relationships with key people at corporate entities
  • Weekly meetings to be set up with relevant key people in corporate companies
  • Manage data entry into customer relations management software package: Microsoft CRM
  • Enrollment of corporate business against yearly target
  • Annual target will be broken down into monthly and quarterly targets
  • Keep in touch with existing pipeline once a month
  • Be professional, hardworking and should be able to communicate well with all levels of corporate staff
  • Research local competitors
  • Record keeping of marketing workbook and stats
  • Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies

  • Minimum of two years' corporate sales and marketing experience
  • Licence code 08
  • Must be target driven
  • Must be able to work under a high pressure sales environment
  • Computer literate in Work, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • IT knowledge is an advantage
  • Must be able to speak English and Afrikaans
Education and experience:

Experience in corporate sonsulting environment.  Sales and marketing education and experience beneficial.  Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
