An exciting opportunity for a Senior Group Internal Communications Manager at a leading financial institution has become available.

  • Develop internal communications strategies
  • Compile internal communication policies and procedures
  • Put together action plans that align with the internal communication strategy
  • Constantly monitor and evaluate the group's internal communication strategy making sure it aligns with the reputation of the business
  • Work closely with stakeholders
  • Execute crisis and reputation management strategies when needed targeted at staff across the group
  • Manage budget
  • Manage external communications team, resources and service providers
  • Collate and submit management reports
  • Develop and manage channels to effectively communicate corporate messages to all staff
  • Writing and editing for staff publications such as newsletters, posters etc
  • Minimum of 10 years' experience in internal communications within a multi-national organisation
  • Bachelors degree/diploma in journalism, communications or media studies
  • Sound knowledge of internal communications
  • Computer literate
  • Understanding of finance and economic concepts
  • Knowledge of social media
  • Ability to work on various publishing suites
  • Organised and attention to detail
  • Innovative and analytical
  • Proven managerial skills
  • Experience in internal communications/employee engagement
  • Proficiency in other languages an advantage
  • Change management experience
