This e-commerce manager role sits at the heart of a digitally innovative team that is an ever growing part of this globally renowned institution. You will be responsible for managing the e-commerce content and online account for our client, in a fast-paced environment. As our client is known for their innovation and forward-thinking culture, the e-commerce manager will be involved in making key strategic decisions and resolving problems with quick and efficient solutions.
You will be responsible for maximising the potential of the website, revenue and mobile properties. This is an excellent opportunity for an e-commerce manager/web and trading manager/digital product manager to take ownership of the whole product cycle via digital channels, delivering a successful web and omnichannel strategy. You'll be accountable for product revenue; delivering it by driving direct, cross-sell and development of new pipelines for digital propositions.
Day-to-day management of the account and owning the entire product proposition from CMS, launch deadlines, pricing, photography and online customer purchasing experience.
Collaborating with the buying, merchandising and event teams to align product and exhibit promotion.
Assist the head of digital trading to delivery SEO and PPC campaigns as well as leveraging ROI from the affiliate network.
Monitor and report on digital sales performance and user behaviour data to identify threats and opportunities.
Oversee the delivery and quality control of content plans across multiple channels including social and e-CRM.
Expertise: CMS, HTML, Google Analytics, e-CRM, SEO, PPC and social, Excel.
To innovate and produce various features for the company’s e-commerce platform.
Understand the customer’s needs and the company’s offerings, and translate these to new features and services.
Work closely with interaction, graphic, and UX designers to create a fluid user experience.
Strong focus on acquiring new customers, and retaining and engaging with existing customers.
