You will be responsible for end-to-end data ownership within the company. This includes ownership of standard client reporting, utilizing data sources and knowledge of client’s businesses to offer data services such as site audits and industry trends, integration of the reporting function into internal departments and clients’ customer journey, and the collection, maintenance and enrichment of customer data.
You will be considered for this role if you have experience in reporting and data within a marketing, BI or digital field, and can demonstrate a strong understanding of the digital marketing environment and CRM functions. You must be highly self-motivated and able to work independently, yet be a team player. You must show high attention to detail, exceptional verbal and written communication ability, and analytic strengths.
Standard Client Reporting (including our company as a client)
Prepare daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly client and our client reports
Analyse and interpret key metrics to identify trends and provide insights
Perform ROI analysis to evaluate campaigns efficacy
Research, review, and analyse existing reporting procedures and systems
Write and maintain processes related to all standard reporting
Data as a revenue stream
Analyse online user behaviour and conversion data to develop and implement innovative strategies for improvement and growth
Use available data sources to deep-dive and troubleshoot campaign (and overall) performance issues
Exposure to marketing trend and insights tools and reports data retrieval methodologies
Integration of tracking and processes
Develop and maintain reporting templates for integration between various internal departments
Provide consultancy on campaign tagging and additional tracking?to show conversion funnel
Implement innovative new methodologies and improve analytical procedures to show clients’ customer lifetime value (CLV)
Integration of third party technologies in Paid, Earned and Owned media space
Database management and enrichment
Manage collection and maintenance of customer data
Demonstrate an in-depth understanding of the legalities, compliance laws and regulatory bodies regarding collection and storing of data
Identify data-enrichment opportunities by tracking and analysing custombehaviourior and decision triggers
Related the data and reporting function, as identified from time-to-time.

Bachelor’s degree or similar, in relevant field of studies
Three to six years of related experience in reporting in a marketing or agency environment
Proven experience with reporting tools, software, and other applications such as Google AdWords, Google Analytics, DoubleClick, True Social Metrics (or similar) and SOAP (or equivalent API Technologies)
Meticulous attention to detail, with an overall passion for continual improvement
Ability to develop well-written documents and presentations, and to summarise and translate data into user-friendly visual reports
Ability to relay analytical insight to internal and external stakeholders with various levels of analytical and digital knowledge and at all levels of seniority
Innovative and creative, with a logical and methodical approach
