Our dynamic team requires a social media strategist who will be primarily responsible for developing engaging social media ad campaigns and designing/developing the processes and workflows via meaningful collaboration with senior management and other strategists, designers and content writers. He/she will lead efforts to develop cutting edge social media campaigns for agency clientele.
Executes paid social media campaigns for Facebook, Instagram, Google Adwords, and other social media channels
Review all assets to ensure social media ads are aligned with the appropriate strategic approach
Analyse performance for campaign optimisation via application of testing methodologies
Generates engagement on paid social media content and drive performance-based results within allotted budgets
Conducts testing to identify high-performing ads and incorporate learnings into future campaigns
Gathers weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annually paid metrics across social media campaigns through analytics dashboards
Skill and experience requirements:
Must have two+ years of experience using tools like Facebook, Google AdWords, Google Analytics, etc.
Tertiary marketing qualification preferred
Strong knowledge in and passion for digital marketing, trends, and new developments
Must demonstrate ability to plan, create, analyse, and report on interactive media campaigns that produce results
Must have experience evaluating proposals and campaign performance to make recommendations
Must have experience working in a dynamic, fast-paced, team-driven environment
Well developed work ethic, strong organisation skills, and attention to detail
Excellent professional communication and presentation skill
