Computer Liaison Officer Responsibilities, including the setting of daily and monthly back-ups for HIS and Terminal Server, installing new email addresses, testing UPS’s on regular basis, logging of calls to ISD, etc.
KEY WORK OUTPUT AND ACCOUNTABILITIES
Ensuring hours have transferred to time sheets, logging of calls with ISD, ensuring all managers have access to hands-on, etc
Handling hands-on problems, sourcing solutions and provide guidance and assistance when necessary
Support to other in-house systems(Aramis Maintenance System, Barnowl Risk Management System,
Assist with SAP roll out and coordination of the project.
Log calls with ISD
Assist the hospital with all computer related queries
Implementation, monitoring and maintenance of systems and new work procedures
Compliance with group policy and procedures
Administration for complying with the CSA registers
Installation of new software and systems onto computers
Other relevant duties.
