We are looking for an individual with experience in managing clients and teams, preferably in digital marketing/advertising or PPC campaign management.
You will be responsible for managing a team which is focused on running top level multi-platform PPC campaigns for our exclusive group of large South African online brands.
The role is two fold:
Client services manager
Take ownership of client relations including service level agreements.
Ensure client campaigns are in line with the campaign briefs.
Ensure client meetings and actions are managed as per procedure.
Ensure budgets are correctly managed per client.
Manage the team of PPC campaign managers and interns.
Ensure internal procedures are adhered to.
Overall responsibility for team output.
Ensure team meetings and actions are managed.
Manage the internal campaign reviews and subsequent outputs.
Arrange and manage team training sessions and industry activities.
Manage team incentives.
Arrange quarterly staff reviews.
Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and changes with SEM, algorithm updates and changes to major search engines.
We will consider applicants with client and team management experience within the digital marketing or advertising field as we do provide technical training - however highly advantageous skills would include PPC campaign management as below.
PPC campaign management experience - e.g.:
Set up, manage, and optimise PPC campaigns including Google search and display
Perform keyword research and competitor analysis
Constantly work to meet client targets and conversion rates
Optimise key components once a campaign has launched
Offering best insight to clients to grow and optimise campaigns
Provide PPC audits, analysis and recommendations in coordination with elements and structure of websites and web pages
