API (Africa Property Investment) Events is looking to grow our team, by bringing in a passionate, energetic Afro-optimist to join our sales team.
Responsibilities will include:
Respond to sales enquiries and process bookings for all API events
Proactively sell all portfolio events to new and existing clients
Assist in enquiry handling process to ensure effective conversion rate for delegate sales
Conduct thorough research on Africa property stakeholders and build up company database
Become well versed in African real estate jargon and news so that your sales role is made easier
Assist in the invoicing process to ensure that payments are properly processed
Input to and keep up-to-date the database of clients and prospective clients to maintain a reliable database
Monitor and regularly review competitors to ensure that the offering remains competitive as an event
API Events deliver Africa’s most renowned events in real estate investment and development. Our events across the continent have become the ultimate meeting places for Africa’s property market to learn, network, and most importantly to do deals.
Must be fluent in speaking and writing English A diploma/degree essential +- 2 years working in one company Younger then 28 years old
