You need to have experience in running events and/or have a solid understanding of ticketing technology.

Job role:
  • Regular monitoring of long standing / valued event organisers
  • Predicting problems and presenting solutions for those organisers
  • Using strategic thinking, Quicket's technology and any other digital tools you can to try help those organisers sell more tickets
  • Helping any event organiser on request with solutions to queries
  • Take initiative to proactively intervene with key accounts
  • Client retention by ensuring their complete ticketing journey is a seamless and supportive one


  • Experience running events or doing ticketing for events
  • Familiarity with event logistics
  • Understanding of event promotion strategies
  • Must have a driver’s licence

  • Connections in the events industry
  • Digitally savvy - do you know any CSS? Are you comfortable using systems like MailChimp, Photoshop, CRM's, Facebook ads, Zapier, etc?
  • Know your way around google analytics
  • Marketing experience, particularly online/social marketing to help organisers market their events

Personal Skills/Attributes
  • You have to be a team player with a fresh attitude!
  • Strong ability to communicate on a personal level with event organisers who at times can be stressed about their events
  • Patience and conversational friendliness with all customers
  • Highly developed sense of integrity and commitment to helping others
  • Ability to think strategically and anticipate potential shortfalls
  • Have a high attention to detail and the need to focus on the task at hand
  • Have the ability to think creatively and laterally to use the current Quicket features in ways that they are not currently being used.
  • Have the ability to multitask while maintaining focus and calm on the job at hand
  • Be willing to work after-hours or on weekends when the need arises. This is very seldom but goes along way in maintaining client relationships.
  • Be organised
  • Having the ability to work on your own and manage yourself and your time
